GRAND OPENING CEREMONY OF THE LYNWOOD ALUMNI CENTER 

Lynwood Partners Educational Foundation is hosting the grand opening ceremony of the Lynwood Alumni Center.

LYNWOOD, Calif.: The Lynwood Partners Educational Foundation will host the grand opening ceremony of the Lynwood Alumni Center.

The Alumni Center will be the cornerstone of community engagement and is set to assist students and alumni by providing college and career assistance, hosting various workshops and guest speakers. The grand opening ceremony is scheduled to open on May 30, 2024 and will provide guests with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a tour of the center.

The Lynwood Alumni Center is an initiative aimed at creating a strong sense of community among our alumni and providing invaluable resources and opportunities for current students and graduates. The Lynwood Alumni Center will serve as a hub for networking, mentorship, educational support, and community engagement, catering to the diverse needs of our alumni and students in the City of Lynwood. 

A diverse range of services and programs will be offered, including networking events, college and career support, DACA/Dreamer support, financial literacy workshops, guest speakers, and community events. 

The grand opening will take place on May 30, 2024 at 4:30pm located next to the Lynwood Unified School District. The Foundation will host a mixer and music prior to the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Guests can expect catering services with various appetizers and beverages provided by the Lynwood High School culinary arts students and Helping Hands Coffee. Live entertainment will also be provided by the Lynwood Marching Band and a DJ. Students and alumni will showcase their artwork for guests to enjoy. 

The Lynwood Alumni Center is a collaborative effort between the Lynwood Unified School District and the Lynwood Alumni Association, dedicated to supporting alumni and students through networking, mentorship, and educational opportunities.
