LYNWOOD PARTNERS EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION LAUNCHES THE LYNWOOD ALUMNI AND FRIENDS 

The Lynwood Alumni & Friends Aims to Help Alumni of Lynwood Reconnect with Their Alma Mater and Fellow Alums with Added Benefits and Opportunities

LYNWOOD, Calif. — In collaboration with the Lynwood Unified School District (LUSD), the Lynwood Partners Educational Foundation has launched a new initiative aimed at engaging alumni, as well as local supporters and community members. This initiative includes the introduction of a brand new digital community and various opportunities for alumni to become involved.

The Lynwood Alumni & Friends serves as the focal point of this initiative (https://www.lusdalumni.org/), providing alumni and community members with regular updates regarding district news and events, along with access to a comprehensive alumni directory. Additionally, the platform features a blog and monthly email newsletters offering news and information on a range of topics of interest to Lynwood school alumni.

"The Lynwood Alumni & Friends enriches our community by reconnecting alumni with their alma mater and each other, facilitating networking, and enhancing support for educational and community initiatives.  This collaborative effort not only rekindles alumni relationships but also enhances support for current students and District programs, creating a thriving, interconnected community." stated LUSD Superintendent Gudiel R. Crosthwaite. 

The alumni community is open to all supporters, alumni, parents, staff, and friends of the district. Furthermore, the online directory welcomes submissions from all alumni, facilitating connections among members of the alumni community.

This platform also serves as a resource for information on class reunions and will serve as a channel through which alumni, supporters, and friends can receive updates about district events, opportunities, and initiatives.
